Telestream Acquires Vara Software, Makers of ScreenFlow

Telestream, the makers of Flip4Mac, have purchased Vara Software, who are best known to me for their screencasting software ScreenFlow. Not sure what this means for ScreenFlow and Vara, but I thought I’d post it here as I hadn’t noticed it on the other Mac sites I watch.

1. Woah! I’m really digging the template/theme of this blog. It’s simple, yet effective. A lot of times it’s tough to get that “perfect balance” between usability and visual appearance.
